Blow....!! in my opinion

I usually like Brooks sneakers. I realized that after so many years of wearing Brooks, it was safe to order a pair online. I was wrong. They are very different from my previous pairs from Bach and have caused severe blisters on my feet. It's best to try them out in person to be sure.

Pros
  • Great versatile shoe. Worth the cost.
Cons
  • Uncomfortable for runners who prefer lighter shoes.

You can't go wrong with a Brooks spirit.

I've been running for a few years now, I've changed several brands and styles and I love the Brooks Ghosts. 5 km, half marathon, doesn't matter. Light weight and good grip.

Pros
  • Lightweight, perfect fit for my foot. Noise
Cons
  • May cause foot or heel pain due to lack of padding or support

Poor quality in my opinion

They are falling apart and I wear them because they are comfortable not to walk in when they are less than 5 months old and I am working from home. It should not be

Pros
  • Ideal
Cons
  • The toe box is not wide enough, which causes blisters for people with wider feet.

Five stars - my rating

These are very comfortable shoes. I've used them on trails, trainers, the beach, and the streets. Prob has put 1000 miles on it and is still holding up. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • I will buy more of these. There are no mistakes in reviews!
Cons
  • The tongue may slip or curl when running, causing discomfort.

For my duck feet :)

I have suffered from all types of foot ailments from heel spurs to plantar fasciitis. After talking to an orthopedist, he admitted that I have very wide flat feet and advised me to stay away from big brands like Nike, Adidas and Co. He recommended New Balance, Asics and Brooks along with some orthotics. I chose Brooks as they offered a very roomy, oversized shoe that I needed. Oh dear God! These are heavenly shoes and I'll save the insoles for the classic shoes as the cushioning of the Brooks…

Pros
  • I've been wearing Ghosts since 2018. I don't wear any other shoes.
Cons
  • Heavy compared to similar running shoes

Love at first landing! matches shoes

Have always worn Skechers for comfort but recently saw these Ghost 12s in white/grey/black on the shelf while shopping and tried them on. I liked the stability and understand why Brooks has a good reputation among runners. I wear a size 12 and add custom orthotics to the insoles of my shoes. Removable inner foot pad.

Pros
  • Running
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish

Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn but not durable

[update] Shoe tore at seam in 18 months. Shoes over $100 are said to be more durable. [Original] These shoes are just perfect. Before I got it I tried every ASICS gel shoe including the Cumulus and my heel kept slipping. While the Ghost 12 doesn't have any fancy gels, the foam is fantastic and soft. I run a few miles in it every day and have no pain in my legs. Love it.

Pros
  • Road running
Cons
  • Not as good as it promises

love these shoes though.

Maybe Brooks with pretty colors doesn't suit girls with wide feet? not really. not really. Even numbered ghost shoes are amazing. Ghost 10, Ghost 12. I will keep coming back and buying these until Brooks comes out with a new Ghost release that doesn't suck. and my old lady Black Ghost 12 will go a few miles together

Pros
  • Clothing, shoes and jewelry
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
