The laces are quite short

The crocheted dyad is standard for those with orthotics and this pair has replaced another pair of dyads. They go well with my custom inserts, but the laces are pretty short and the tongue is narrow. Just a minor thing but could be improved. They are comfortable and supportive.

Uncomfortable, good for walking

This shoe is meant to be a good shoe for people with foot problems, so I was surprised at how lacking in comfort and support it was. This is the second Brook shoe recommended to me with the same result. I will not buy another pair. I need reliable support combined with comfort. Dena

Roomy Running Toe

I love these shoes! I'm in therapy for a mild form of Morton's neuroma and I needed enough room in the toe box so my shoes didn't touch my toes. They are supportive and have the right arch for my foot (similar to the arch on Asics). I like the way they look! It will be a great shoe even for those who don't have foot problems. So glad I found her!

Super comfortable but should have lasted longer

Tread worn out after 6 months. I'm not a runner and I don't wear them all day. But these are my favorite shoes, or rather they were for the summer. I think they should have lasted longer. These are very comfortable and supportive shoes. Ghost 10 wore better, so I replaced them with Ghost 12, an updated version of Ghost 10. (I think.)

Excellent tennis shoes for orthopedics!

Great shoe. I have flat feet and unstable ankles. This is my fourth pair of dyad styles. My pedortist sold me my first pair 4 years ago. I need this style to fit my orthotics. Wide toe and low heel when the insoles are removed. Stable strong roll without capsizing in any direction. The price is $130 but it's worth it. I walk and stand on my feet all day. Only use these shoes for work as I don't run. Great walking shoes.

Great hiking shoe with orthotics

This is my fourth pair of Brooks Dyad 10s - love the fit! They fit well with my orthotics and have enough cushioning for me. I'm not a runner but I do run - which was great at Disneyland where we walked over 20,000 steps a day and for daily activities, chores etc. The only problem I had was that I needed different laces than the ones provided , those are too short for my liking, but that's easy to fix.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

They supplied 2 left shoes and they weren't even the same size. Of course we immediately sent them back on the return voucher. Then it turned out they weren't the size my wife wanted. I think that explains the surprising error, but who knows. I've been a Prime member for many years and they almost always do a great job. I've seen miles of moving rails and I think it's possible to slide an item onto the wrong side rail. So for me it won't change anything. The two left shoe sizes say goodbye. We…
