Not durable: typewriters

We bought this typewriter and similar models. they don't last. Very minimal use. They tend to break somewhere near the chamomile. Either the wheel gets stuck, or some kind of calibration goes wrong. I expect the quality of the typewriter to be better than what we experienced. As said, this machine has been used very little. We probably used it once every two or three months to print some labels.

Arrived broken out of the box and out of warranty

We opened it and wanted to use it but it didn't work. We called Brother to troubleshoot and they said it was a daisywheel and we would have to buy a new wheel and the warranty was expired even though the machine was brand new and used for the first time. I will be returning this and will not buy another Brother product if they offer this type of support for their products. Terrible customer service when we called about a problem.

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase considering I printed less than 50 pages on this thing and had to replace the ribbon and daisy. This is a…
