Ideal for attaching brackets.

I use them with a 90 degree mount on each side of the trunk and hood of the car. Works better than magnetic roof mounts in high wind areas.

Pros
  • Large gold contact pin
Cons
  • too blunt

Respectable. Be very careful with the hole size

The fit around the hole you are drilling could be a little better. I had some alignment issues to get the o-ring to be an accurate fit compared to others I've used.

Pros
  • Low loss up to 1000MHz
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Works great in my Scion XBv2

Having a permanent antenna on my roof == NEXT LEVEL. With the right antenna, my SWR is only 1.2! The only part that needs to be on the outside of the vehicle/hammock is the antenna mount (brass NMO part). The rest should definitely not be influenced by any elements. I recommend a rain cover if you plan to remove the antenna when not in use.

Pros
  • 17 foot Rg-58 A/U cable with 95% tinned copper braid and tinned copper stranded center conductor
Cons
  • Contact Seller

Excellent quality. Best in Antennas

I used this as part of a radio setup on a large van. The bracket seems to be of very good quality, solid and very well finished. I inserted the bracket into the roof and routed the cable between the roof and ceiling without sealant to see how well the o-ring held water. So far no leaks in moderate rain and car washes. The antenna is high enough to be regularly crushed by the top beams, but this mechanical shock didn't cause any mounting problems.

Pros
  • UHF PL-259 connector with strain relief installed
Cons
  • Not sure

Great Coax Cables!: Portable Audio Video

I have been using 2 of these coax cables for GMRS/CB/HAM for 2 years. Since then they've driven over 50,000 miles and endured a bizarre array of varied inclement weather, from torrential rainstorms to hail, snow and everything in between. Despite this, they still work great and show absolutely no signs of deterioration. I'm so glad I bought these two years ago because they've held up so well and they're the only coax cables I can recommend because they've been through it all and still show no…

Pros
  • Solid Brass Bracket
Cons
  • Appearance
