Saved a lot of time on a rental trip

This camera has paid for itself several times through the fuel savings alone, since I had to rent a camera less often. My only suggestion would be to give a wider range of delay times. One minute and I get 500 grass shots on a windy day. With a 5 minute delay, it's hard to tell where the animal came from or which way it went when it left. A 2 or 3 minute delay would make this camera perfect. I have the Verizon version and it was surprisingly easy to set up - even for a low-tech old dude like…

  • Memory card accessory

piece of trash. Return after 1 hour.

Not working. There are no product instructions. I had to search the internet to find anything. After doing everything, the SD card is not recognized no matter what I do. Tried to reformat the card. Still the error message. DO NOT buy this camera. One of the worst things I've ever bought in terms of the total lack of any instructions.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Modern

after several hours of struggling with the detection of the SD card as empty, formatting, reformatting, formatting and Upon reformatting, I found that these cameras do not/instantly recognize MICRO SD cards. Do not buy a MicroSD card as a storage device! I've phoned tech support, checked the website, searched online, the forums, here at Revain, etc. for answers. The trimming and fixing itself was agony. I would give this experience ZERO stars if I could. Launching the camera and checking in…

Saved a lot of time driving reindeer for rent

This camera has paid for itself several times in gas which I saved by not having to go out to rent as often. My only suggestion would be to give a wider range of delay times. One minute and I get 500 grass shots on a windy day. With a 5 minute delay, it's hard to tell where the animal came from or which way it went when it left. Bad LTE connection

I might update this later but my first reaction to this camera is that the cellular part of the camera (the whole point of this one) is not very good. I can stream YouTube videos to my phone over LTE to the same location where this camera can't connect to LTE. I finally found a place to turn it off and the LTE test worked and it hasn't synced since I ran the test. Really frustrating. Update: I placed this camera in a location ranging from 4 bars to no service for some reason. The LTE…

Not bad, the app could be improved

Put this up in the wild camp to keep an eye on the feeding plots. Set up a cellular plan. Works pretty well. Please note that when changing settings, you must wait for the camera to "update" during one of the user-selected update periods. After the update, the settings will be changed to the ones you selected. Took 3 months, the battery was down to about 40% and the camera took LOTS of pictures. When the camera captured the video towards the end of the season, it only captured about 2 seconds…
