This bandage is soft and comfortable, but almost completely fixes the wrist. I haven't had much of that annoying "pain" in my hands/wrists since I started using it. My only complaint, which I think I would have with any brace, is that it woke me up a bit at first just because I wasn't used to it. Other than that, I'm very glad I got it. It fits either hand and I'm a tall woman with fairly large hands and it fits great. However, I'm not sure if it will fit a tall man.

The smart glove is the only remedy I have found to relieve the numbness I experience with carpal tunnel problems while sleeping. I bought this pair as my second travel set. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Wearing braces regularly has reduced the numbness that can occur throughout the day. I guess not for big hands. I have slightly large hands even though I'm only 5ft 8in tall. My wrist circumference is almost 9 inches, and the normal palm size over the fingers is about 3.5 inches. I barely stretched out my hand. And even though my hand is big, my fingers aren't long, so my pinky seemed to be buried in it, even though it was tight.
