I wanted something to keep my fingers straight at night, reversible and inexpensive. It works well. I put my hand on the tip of my finger and on my head. This places the rigid back braces in my palm and then I use a sling to secure them flat and straight. I'll make sure to keep your fingers straight all night. I was very pleased. Suitable and works well in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.
