Just received this product, opened only found the right side. I was so disappointed because I was so looking forward to getting it for an event. I gave it one star and will update when a replacement arrives. Update The replacement has arrived and I am very happy with my shoes. It is very comfortable and easy to put on.

The material is too hard, the shoes are uncomfortable, I'm giving away, I can't wear these shoes. Update: used 15 minutes of sunlight then rubbed coconut oil on the shoes, left them in the sun for 1/2 hour and low and lo and behold I can wear them now, not as comfortable as I would like but the skin is softer .
