This brush is great for cleaning straws

This brush is great for cleaning straws! I use both plastic and titanium straws (I carry them with me everywhere so I don't use disposables). This will remove any residue or just stickiness from what you used the straw for. The brush works great and dries quickly so I feel confident using it again and again. I'm on the second The one I bought four years ago finally broke when my roommate used it for something too messy, but the new one is just as good quality and works great.

Smoothie lovers, LISTEN!

I love my tall Starbucks and Copco glasses with reusable hard plastic straws. I love juices and smoothies! BUT. The straws become uncomfortable. Sending them in the dishwasher doesn't help. Crushed fruit sticks to the inside of cups and straws in much the same way as between teeth. This little brush stick just sits next to my sink so I can clean the dirty straws that are caked on the fruit smoothie. Does its job perfectly! 'Good Buy' at the Right Price

When it comes to deciding whether a product is a 'Good Buy' you need to consider its utility in relation to the price it was paid for. the pleasure or convenience that the product provides. When I bought this product it was a good buy as it was just what I needed to clean the built in or reusable straws that are part of the Tervis or Contigo products that I own. I agree with others who state that the bristles are a bit stiff for some uses but in my case the brush worked well and I'm satisfied…

Fits Starbucks Straws

Well I love smoothies for breakfast. And I found those cold cups they sell at Starbucks to be great for my morning smoothie. But they've recently started selling clear straws, and after buying and using a few, I quickly realized how grossly inadequate my straw cleaning routine was. was. As I write this, I'm really trying not to think about how disgusting and gross the straws I've been drinking through have been for the past few years. That's why I bought this thing. And now I use this brush to…

Expensive but works great!

Brushtech Bottle Straw Cleaner from Brushtech Sports for about 2 years. I am very happy with the product itself as it cleans all my reusable straws easily and thoroughly. I tried various other straw brushes, but they were either too short, too thick, or just filled with straw. Brushtech is by far the best straw washing brush. It's 18 inches long, making it difficult to store, but long enough to give your straws a deep clean. The brush head itself is only 1.25 inches long but still gets the job…

Much better than a wire coat hanger and crumpled paper towels.

You may think I'm kidding, but I mean business. I looked at the straws that were in my sports bottles and decided I would stop using them for fear of getting seriously ill from the bacterial dirt that was in the straws. I took a wire hanger and turned it into some sort of pole and then crumpled up some paper towels and stuck them through the straws to clean them. To my credit it worked but was tedious and took several attempts with a few pieces of towel to get it clean. I seriously had no idea…

Great brush, does the job but is a bit long

I didn't buy this brush for my sports bottle but for my stainless steel straws which I previously bought from Revain. Check out my review history to find out. Like all utensils, they need cleaning, and with the frequent use of my stainless steel straws, they need more cleaning than just rinsing in the sink. Knowing that you need a brush to clean my straws, most of them are too short because they are made for children's straws. I ended up buying this one because it looked long and fit the bill…

The perfect product for those who need it

If you have a sports bottle with a straw (either a refillable amusement park bottle or one of the many "cold blooded" products with a removable or built-in straw), you might be making yourself Thoughts on how to clean them. i know what i did In fact, the only option is to rinse them off with water and hope that's enough. I hate disposables in my kitchen, but I'm willing to make an exception for this. It does exactly what you would expect: it goes through most straws and cleans them. It works…
