Nice trackpad, but it doesn't stay connected.

Excellent build quality. The only thing that worries me is that he doesn't keep in touch. I suspect it turns itself off after a period of inactivity to save battery life. You have to click on the trackpad and wait for it to connect before you can use it. It really annoys me that it's not always available immediately.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Expensive

Difficult to manage and use

I've loved trackpads long before they were commonplace on laptops. But it's probably the most uncomfortable trackpad I've ever used. It's too big, and the size makes it prone to misclicks and swiping due to unintentional touches. Cursor control is unstable, making it very difficult to work with details. It requires a lot of muscle control to make and hold a choice, leading to quick hand fatigue. Not suitable for kneeling use; it must be on a hard surface such as a desk. Overall I was…

Very, very half-finished rendition

I love my first Windows PC (Apple user since 2005) and craved something like the magic Apple 2 trackpad as a stand for my laptop. Anyway, I saw that Brydge had just released this and I was so excited that I decided not to wait for any reviews. big mistake. It's not terrible, but for $99 it sure is. If it cost $50 (btw I'd rather pay MORE for an excellent product) it would be a nice little device, but it's myopic bad: - small overall size. If you have tiny hobbit hands you'll be amazed why they…

Poor accuracy and latencies

I was so excited to get the new Brydge W-touch that I felt like the touchpad market for Windows 10 devices isn't that big and that this product competes with Apple's Magic Trackpad could compete (according to price at least). I was missing the touchpad functionality to easily switch between desktops and windows with two/three fingers. I usually have to work with 3 open windows indefinitely, so I need tools to help me navigate efficiently. Unfortunately, this product is not up to standard, lacks

Best trackpad for windows users

I'm taking the time to write a review because I've seen some reviews here that are really unfair. Let me start with that, I paid for the device so it's not a land or test device, it's my own. The trackpad is very good quality, nice color (not so black, it's more of a dark gray that goes perfectly with my MX Keys and MX Master 3), very easy to set up and pair; less than 10 seconds, I use it with Elitebook x360 1030. It uses really exact Windows 10 drivers, scrolling is very smooth, very nice…

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Not sure

Update: After some use I figured out why it's junk. The force required to actuate the click force is too great. All-day use can tire your hands. Also, the travel distance for a physical click is too long. The sacred design makes me believe I'm using a kid's playset and not a $100 trackpad. It attempts to further compare the Apple Magic Trackpad 2 to each other in comparison. The Apple product is a clear winner all round. As is typical of PC products, it lacks Apple's intelligence, and while it…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Too long to wait

This is a Windows Precision Touchpad. Any gestures you set for a laptop touchpad will be translated to that touchpad. I bought it to reduce mobility and hand fatigue. Also for scrolling left/right and zooming on the desktop. Good: - This is a Windows Precision touchpad, general settings with laptop touchpad - Set up in seconds just by Bluetooth pairing, no need to install drivers - Size is good (13.9cm x 8.4cm x 0, 7-1.1 cm, 156 grams) - Spacebar + Alt keys width - Highly durable all-metal body

Pros
  • Useful for more than it's intended purpose
Cons
  • A long time ago

A solid and worthwhile purchase for a Windows PC

Edit within 1 week: So upgrade to a solid 4 stars. After a week of use, I am delighted with this device. Only three things prevent it from getting all 5 stars: it could be bigger, it could be more touch sensitive, waking from sleep could be implemented better. Obviously, this would equate to the Apple Magic Touch Bar, which costs $30 to $50 more. but I would probably pay extra for those features. So if I could give 3.5 stars I would. I've rounded up to 4 because, honestly, if you want a…
