I bought this to replace the smaller one I've been using for a few years just need more space. It looked great from the outside but when I went to the store I found that 3 sections were stitched and kept unraveling. I hope this is just an accident and I have already ordered a replacement.

I loved this bag until the zipper broke and was beyond repair. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the zip ties were missing locking tabs at the end of the zip to keep them from falling out. Such a simple solution. The manufacturer has clearly decided to cut corners and save some money for themselves. Is it made in China? Because it would make sense. I bought this pen holder after reading many reviews: glad I had more space than I needed as I was planning to use the ultra thin sharpies and Tombow markers with my fineliner colored pencils to keep. Felt tip pens and tombow markers fit with a slight stretch. I also recommend leaving a space every 3rd or 4th marker if needed. Fineliner pens are perfect as they are as thin as Crayola crayons. This organizer works well for me. I was able to fit all of my Prismacolors, watercolor pencils, graphite and charcoal pencils, Tombow markers and even a few Copic markers into this binder. I love having everything in one place. The zip pocket is perfect for my erasers, stumps and sharpener. A few caveats: Copic markers do NOT fit well, but I was able to attach them with any other elastic loop. Luckily I don't have many. Overall the product is what I wanted but I am very disappointed in a few things. First, it's definitely not red. It's very ROSE. I'm not a fan of pink, but I won't be going back just for the color. Second, I'm not happy that some of the slots are very small and can't even fit a pencil, and I took a picture of one of the really small slots. Excellent and well finished case. Have recommended a few friends to buy this because of their prism colors. My only wish was to have the elastic holders on opposite sides in a slightly different position so the dots on the right and left sides could all be pointing right or all left AND STILL be able to read pencil names and numbers.
