We have been using these pillows for over 20 years and they have always worn like iron. We bought a new one in July 2019 but only used it for 7 months. The pillow has an inner bag for buckwheat filler. This bag is worn out for some reason. I contacted Bucky support and was informed that I need to deal with Revain as I purchased this through Revain. Was looking for a possible replacement for my nearly 20 year old Bucky neck pillow which is still strong. Really glad Bucky still sells the classic version. I compared the new pillow to the old one and was relieved to see that they were almost the same size and shape. They mainly differ in the texture of the coating and the snap loop. I just LOVE this pillow for its comfort and size! It fits perfectly and gives my neck the perfect support and stability, whether it's sleeping, on the couch or in the car!
