Budge Denier V Hull Runabout B 1201 X5 Review

I've had several 600 and 800 denier boat cases that have been fine but this 1200 denier case with an extremely strong elasticated hem is good quality and costs a few bucks more, without being fully customized. I fully expect a significant increase in durability and think this coating may actually be highway ready as advertised when others were a joke (although I haven't tried 1200 on the highway yet).

I was very surprised at how thick and durable this case was when I received it. I don't have interior space for my boat so I rely on a cover to protect it. So I was looking for a good 1200 denier build and couldn't be happier. It offers excellent sun and water protection and withstands the pull of the corners of my windshield without cracking it.

Excellent quality cover but make sure you measure your boat carefully to ensure it fits. We intentionally bought a larger size to fit our wide Seadoo boot, then cut and re-stitched it to fit. The vents are well placed and the quality/weight of the fabric and straps is good. You need a central support structure if you don't have one (you can buy one) to prevent water from pooling in the center. The seams are very well stitched and sealed to keep water out. Very good product for the price!

Bought because it was advertised as 100% waterproof and heavier than other brands. fitted what i expected, fitted well, came with straps and storage bag, i put it on the boat, properly propped up and secured, then it rained every day like in florida summer, didn't open for 3 weeks. After speaking directly to the company I ordered the cover they recommended for my boat. Hardly fits. It's a little too short. It closes the transom but does not stay above the railing. Requires a strap on the back to keep it in place. My boat has a very high bow rail as you can see in the photo and the trunk barely covers the bow rail. The tarpaulin comes with integrated straps, making it extremely durable when used on a trailer! THIS COVER IS NOT DURABLE FOR USE WITH THE TRAILER. I have never left covers on my boat when towing but decided to do it once as the description says (the cover comes with straps sewn in which makes it exceptionally durable when towing).
