Good Bulbs for Outdoor Lighting

Good quality bulbs that have been used for outdoor patio and back door lighting for years. It seems to last for about a year for 10-12 hours a day.

Pros
  • Conforms to EISA standards for general purpose bulbs
Cons
  • Expensive

Poor bulb quality

I had to replace (4) of (4) bulbs ordered in July. The first bulb burned out the next day, and a week later the second and third bulbs. You are in the rarely used Quest bathroom.

Pros
  • 60w bulb equivalent to
Cons
  • Not bad but...

They're trash

I wanted them because they match the shape I use in some decorative lamps. Mistake. This is complete rubbish. The first one I installed failed in less than 10 hours. 2nd - only 1 hour. Luckily they are so bad that everything was within the return period. Save yourself the heartache - try something else.

Pros
  • Fully dimmable (no mercury)
Cons
  • Expensive
