Contrary to Photo - Generous 4 Star Rating

This is a Generous 4 Star Rating. The product does not look like the photo. The one in the photo looks like the bulbs I replaced. What I got looks like a cheap version. Not only is it shorter and sturdier, but the annular white ceramic portion at the bottom (not the conical white portion, but the portion between the filaments and the bulb itself) is messy. It looks like the ceramic ring part wasn't cast carefully, it's rough and not where it should be. Let's just say connected and earned. Andโ€ฆ

This is a lightbulb. It emits bright light when you turn on the switch. If you turn the switch to "off", it will go out. Update after 2.5 years. I bought a pack of 10 of these bulbs and screwed in the last 2 bulbs today. As other reviewers have said, the bulbs look cheap and cheap. The ceramic bases of many lightbulbs looked as if they hadn't been chipped. I was afraid that if I pushed too hard the base would break completely. The lamps definitely didn't last 2000 hours. The lifespan of eachโ€ฆ

Nice bright light but they burn out quickly - expect 200-300 hours not 2000 hours as advertised!

These lamps are bright and beautiful. But they are hardly enough for 1/10 of the specified service life. I only bought this 10 pack a year ago and I've already burned out all 10 bulbs. The first 2 bulbs blew out 2 weeks after installation. I thought they must have been lousy apples. But 10 onions in just 1 year? This is very bad! My lamp holds 5 bulbs at a time, so each bulb lasted me 6 months. This lamp is used little: maybe 1 hour a day on very busy days. With an expected lifetime of 2,000โ€ฆ
