Not Worth the Hassle

This backpack has been nothing but a headache... The charging feature barely works and the shoulder pad is extremely uncomfortable. The only positive aspect is the spacious interior. However, the hassle of dealing with this subpar luggage is not worth it..

I have bought this product several times. - made and keeps what it promises. I have never received one that is defective or scratched (as sometimes happens with leather goods.) I would recommend it to those who want to add some leather to their style that won't break the bank. The only difference is that the exact tone of the brown leather can vary and it does not have a shine as can be seen in the photos, but it is fairly typical of leather goods and not something that cannot be repaired with…
