It's not real wood, but for chipboard it's nice and strong. In general, we are satisfied with the quality of the goods in terms of value for money. The assembly takes about an hour, it consists of several parts. Packed well, no damage, all the details were with the goods. I would recommend this product.

The company has used cheap materials in this product. They used plastic parts instead of metal parts. The boxes are made of pressed wood. I would be surprised if they last longer than 2 years. This is a filing cabinet that stores heavy files when full. If you pull the drawers out and push them in with all those folders, the drawers will fall apart. UPDATE. Although I had to wait until Monday, Bush's support was friendly and helpful. They sent me a new part and gave me advice on how to fix the box. I feel better about my purchase. I have a hard time recommending this as the part was defective but I think it will work. I'm so sad. I spent hours putting it together. When I tried to put the boxes in, it was a disaster. The end came loose from the box rail and all the ball bearings popped out. The other box doesn't seem to fit properly…
