👜 Buxton Heiress Cardex Wallet: Luxurious Mahogany Women's Wallets & Handbags Review

I bought these to replace the exact same one I've had for at least 20 years which is terribly worn. It still functioned as a wallet and purse but it didn't look very good no matter how many times I applied shoe polish to the edges to hide its shabby look! I've looked for something similar in many stores but to no avail. Now I'm excited about it. These are NOT the old Buxton wallets you remember! For the first few months I thought it was what it looked like - but one big difference - nothing came of it - credit cards or driver's licenses! My initial review gave this product five stars. This review is the result of actually using the wallet (or trying) after my previous one finally gave up. I have been using what I believe to be an identical wallet for many years. When I ordered this one it looked like it was almost worn out so I didn't think about it. Although the description says '100% Leather' it is not, just on the outside. The wallet actually says "Leather Exterior". Too bad the lining is vinyl, the card slots are vinyl, there is some kind of plastic change in the wallet. I really wanted this because of the design - love the double bill compartments (I use one for bank slips), the multiple card slots and the twist lock coin pocket. But it won't work for me. Have been using this wallet for many years. . The latter had just been replaced after 4.5 years of abuse because the plastic had fallen out of the ID case and the driver's license wouldn't hold.
