Portable DVD Player - Have fun so far!

I just got it and have only used it for 30 minutes but as far as I can see I like it. Convenient to use, the sound without headphones is enough, the picture quality is the same. For the price I wasn't expecting a lot of frills. The only thing I would like to see in this device is the ability to select the video where you left it and the ability to change the input format ratio. It's a bit annoying to have to restart the video every time the device is stopped. Regarding durability andโ€ฆ

Despite good care stopped working after 3 years.

UPDATE: My DVD player stopped loading due to power cord connection issues. It has to do with the DVD player, not the cable, as I've tried both the car charger and the regular power cable. The DVD player has not been used much and has been well cared for so I am disappointed that it has only worked well for about 3 years. I started having problems about a year ago and they got so bad that now I can't use them. I have mixed feelings about this DVD player. Pros: - The screen looks good and theโ€ฆ

All 3 blocks broke quickly. MP4 not working on SD card. Here is a summary of features and other limitations.

We sorted out 3 pieces, they all broke very quickly, the first was a gift that broke right away, and the second was bought later (the first was dismantled and with a device experimented). The kids dropped it about 2 feet, it really shouldn't have broken that easily. I'm an extreme DIYer, I opened it up to see what happened. The inside is built like any regular DVD player, except for one tiny vulnerable part - a sensor that tells the device if the lid is closed. It's flimsy plastic, and if itโ€ฆ

Normal price for private viewing in the dark.

Works as described but not bright enough for day vision so not recommended for children to keep calm on car rides. Also, it's not so loud that you could hear it without headphones.
