This is a great little water bottle. This is the perfect size for my 6 year old to take to school. She loves how it looks. It was very difficult for her to open and close it when she first got it, but it became a little easier. She has to touch the straw to push down and close it as she is not strong enough to use the handle to close it. In addition, it is a great and unique design. Does not leak when the straw is lowered. Keeps the water nice and cold.

My girl loved this little water bottle. It's the perfect size for my seventh grader to carry in her backpack and fill with cold water throughout the day. It is easy to clean and sealed. I didn't wash it in the dishwasher for fear the metallic coating she loves would peel off (actually, I don't know if). be bacteria free.

We usually use Contigo on our kids but all our older kids are discarded due to age and the silicone part is starting to deteriorate. We tried baby camel aubergines and they lick horribly. If he bites or pulls on the spout, water will spill out everywhere. This one is very solid so far. He has a hard nose, so he can't pull it out or bite it. Our dishwasher is fine, but we don't have a heating element. Easy to clean. LOVE his look. So far it's A+ and we'll probably order more.

I bought this for my 1 year old and it didn't disappoint! He keeps his water cold. I love the reverse straw. Keep in mind that this is not a full leak protection. My son holds it upside down and spills water. I just put down the straw to avoid this. no water in it and we don't have a dishwasher so just of normal use.
