Great 16 Port Patch Panel

This is a great patch panel when you only need 16 ports. The only thing is that the keystone does slide a bit front to back when pushed in any direction, but I can't say for sure if it's not my keystone vs the panel as I haven't tried other keystones with it. Overall very happy with it. If I needed a second one I would buy again.

Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

This is the corner panel. It works, with a few sharp edges

I've always been a bit confused as to how some manufacturers can get by without charging 4-8x for a keystone panel. It's a static device that basically just has to support its own weight. However, it is good value for money. A higher density panel might be warranted if you're busy, but in my case you were short on access points and a few other odds and ends. Worked well, was easy enough to explain to others and at this point I have no complaints.

Great patch panel

I need this patch panel to practice with a network rack I've built. What makes this patch panel a good choice for some is that it can mount Cat6 connectors side-by-side. I don't really care as I only use this part for practice, but I've had several Cat6 connectors and found them to fit perfectly. I've read in some reviews of other patch panels that include more connectors that they don't fit wider Cat6 connectors. I would also like to add that this patch panel is metal rather than plastic andโ€ฆ

Excellent patch panel for home or small office

In a word, great. This was just what I needed as I run pre-made Cat6 cables in most rooms in my house and then connect them back to the Cisco Small Business Switch. To avoid a mess of wires going straight to the switch, I used one of these panels to run the wire harness out from behind the rack and then used short 1ft wires to run from the panel straight to the front of the switch . . Cleaner, easier to organize and maintain, and simply better to set up. What I particularly like about thisโ€ฆ
