Incorrectly drilled holes in shelves

Disappointing, it took a lot of work to build and to top it off the holes for the shelves weren't even drilled properly making them useless. There are also only two rods for document storage, making it just a small filing cabinet. The big box is just for the beauty.

Shelf holes drilled incorrectly

Build quality is good, assembly is easy for anyone who has assembled unassembled Ikea or Wayfair furniture. In this case the last point is to install the adjustable shelf in place and the holes on the center panel do not line up with the side panels. The shelf cannot be made level, making it unusable.

Terrible assembly instructions

The instructions were so poor it was difficult to get through without undoing a few steps to correct the next. After completion, the box still didn't work properly. The product wasn't quite what I expected either. The drawer has a cardboard bottom panel instead of something sturdier. I can't fit a printer in it like I was hoping.

I don't hate, but I don't like either

To be honest the instructions were misleading and unclear. I've assembled hundreds of pieces of furniture and had to take this cabinet apart 3 times before it was right. Once assembled it was great and served its purpose. Aside from the fact that the drawer doesn't sit flush with the rest of the closet, I look great in my home office and store everything I need.

Sturdy but definitely should have been a bit cheaper as the quality isn't the best!

I received my file yesterday and put it together. To be honest I love that it fits my office decor and the space I needed. However, the quality of the cabinet is what I paid for it. I would like a higher quality Staples cabinet for the same price. I also contacted the company because I'm missing two rods to hold the hanging file. The instructions are also poorly thought out. In total I spent an hour putting everything together.

Not worth the money

Some rubbish. There is nothing special about this closet. Def not worth it. The instructions are difficult to follow in some places. There are no actual assembly instructions. I know it's suggested in the picture but you only have 2 slats for document storage but there is room for 4 so you can only use half of the document box. The whole reason I bought this one was the larger document box…. The shelf is dangling, there are gaps on both sides of the cabinet, so it looks sloppy. I also had to…
