Two items can use one outlet

Very useful with timers when trying to automatically control two items with the same timer. Also useful for sofa lamps that need to use a common socket.

Strong cables and they appear to be very durable. I've had 2 of them for almost a year now and no problems so far. I'll take 2 more soon.

Otherwise they appear to be good heavy duty cables

I ended up returning them as the cables were too thick for my intended use. They were difficult to bend and didn't fit the small space I needed them in. Otherwise they act like good strong cables.

Very useful with UPS

I live in the country and have a pretty terrible power supply. I end up using a lot of UPS for my electronics. These Y splitters are great for connecting mains chargers to a UPS. I've been using them for years and haven't had any problems. The solid construction makes it very valuable.

1.5 feet? the best cables and connections

I chose this product for its length. Here's the product title, copied directly from the Revain page: Cable Matters 2-Pack 2 Outlet Power Splitter Cord 1.5 ft. It's not 1.5 meters. It's only 15 inches tall as can be seen in the photo I've attached to this review. Big disappointment as my application requires 1.5ft.

Allows the use of two adjacent plugs in an extension cord to power 4 wall mounted devices.

Looks well made and is suitable for both extending sockets and connecting adjacent sockets with an extension cord. You've had great luck with Cable Matters with power cords, Ethernet cables, and HDMI cables. I will not hesitate to order more products from them in the future.

They work exactly as they should. A very convenient way to share food. If it weren't for them I would use an OTHER power strip with a bunch of empty sockets and find a place to mount it so it stays in place etc. If you think this is the solution for you, it probably is .. and eat. Heavy, good product that works well.

High quality and useful product!

I bought a couple of these a few years ago and can never seem to get enough! I use them on my computer when I want to connect another device, on my Cricut Maker to connect it and my iron, and I use them on my sewing machine to connect the iron when I need it. These are thick and high quality splitters and the length is perfect. All in all I recommend this product. Please note if my review was helpful to you. Thanks very much!
