Description of πŸ”Œ Efficient Cable Management: Cable Matters 5 Pack Snagless Ethernet Industrial Electrical for Optimal Wiring & Connecting

High Performance Cat6, 30 AWG, RJ45 Ethernet Patch Cable provides universal connectivity for LAN network components such as PCs, computer servers, printers, routers, switch boxes, network media players, NAS, VoIP phones, PoE devices, and more. Cat6 performance at a Cat5e price but with higher bandwidth; Future-proof your network for 10-Gigabit Ethernet (backwards compatible with any existing Cat5e cable network); The slim Ethernet cable meets or exceeds Category 6 performance in compliance with the TIA/EIA 568-C.2 standard. A Category 6 Ethernet patch cable is also referred to as a Cat6 network cable, Cat6 cable, Cat6 Ethernet cable, or Cat 6 data/LAN cable. A wired Cat 6 network is more reliable and secure than a wireless network or Cat 5 cable network for your internet connections. The connectors with gold-plated contacts and strain-relief boots provide durability, and ensure a secure connection; Bare copper conductors enhance cable performance and comply with specifications for communications cables. Slim, flexible, and durable Cat6 cable with high bandwidth of up to 550 MHz guarantees high-speed data transfer for server applications, cloud computing, video surveillance, and online high-definition video streaming.

Useless. That does not work. Do not buy.

6ft cables usually work. 10 footers almost never work. It connects and negotiates at gigabit speeds, but when you try to transfer a few GB of data, the transfer stalls, stutters, or fails. Of the 10 cables I bought, I have 2 reliable 6 foot cables and a 10 foot cable that works. They work just enough to make you wonder what else is wrong. No wonder. Should have known better. The Cat6 specification requires a center separator between twisted pairs and must be at least 26 AWG. This is the wrong…

Pros
  • Cat6 performance at Cat5e price but with higher throughput; Prepare your network for the future of 10 Gigabit Ethernet (backwards compatible with any existing Cat5e wired network); Thin ethernet cable meets or exceeds Category 6 specifications per TIA/EIA 568-C.2
Cons
  • Not sure,

Great CAT 6 cables for cables and accessories

These cables are of excellent quality and very cheap. They really don't have any snags and are also much smaller in diameter than a standard patch cord. I particularly like the solution they offer to secure the ends of the cord to the outlet as unlike regular ends where the plastic sleeve usually breaks after not too many uses, they will likely last forever no matter how many times you use them plug them in unplug the cord. For me at least, the length is perfect for a proper LAN connection from

Pros
  • Thin, flexible and durable Cat6 cable with high bandwidth up to 550 MHz guarantees high-speed data transmission for server applications, cloud computing, video surveillance and HD video streaming on the Internet
Cons
  • A easily torn

Unreliable Connection

I don't normally write reviews, but I have chosen to do so here. I like the idea of thin cables in the server room, very neat and easy to manage. BUT after many random network failures, thinking it was one of my NUC NICs, I hooked up a cable tester to the cable. Par checked, 125678, Skipped 3-4. Depending on the curvature of the cable around the jack, I've had different pairs that have fallen off. If I pushed lightly on the cable around the muzzle of the connector, half of the pair would fall…
