Works with Trendnet's 24-port parchment shielded panel

Relatively expensive but overall very reliable. The ones I've received have worked great so far and interfaced easily with Trendnet's 24-port shielded patch panel. Connections seem strong so far.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Security

Shapely stainless steel connectors

The listing says these keystone connectors are silver but look like stainless steel. Regardless, they are very well constructed, strong connectors, and snap firmly into the beautiful stainless steel keystone rosette. And they work great, no complaints. highlighted.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Compatibility

These connectors fit snugly into the front panel as well.

These connectors fit snugly onto the faceplate and hold the RJ-45 jack tighter than other connectors and jacks I've worked with. I use them to route my high speed internet connection from my router to my bedrooms. . works well with Cat 6 and Cat 5e cables.

They fit great, snug

After trying a few variations of built-in Cat6 keystone modules that work with the Tripp Lite 24-port shielded blank patch panel, I found them work very well although slightly wider than others, still work well in a 24 port panel and won't slip out when connecting ethernet cables. Just a bit more expensive than others, hence I'm only giving 4/5 stars, otherwise a very good decision!

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Interval

Great product - perfect for Cable Matters 24 port patch panel

A bit pricey but it's a great quality product at a good price. The quality is very consistent and they look great. They installed in a Cable Matters rack or a Keystone 24-port wall patch panel (also great) and fit perfectly. I installed two patch panels and 48 keystones. Don't worry about the trapezoid width or anything - just snap them in. Highly recommended

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Outstanding build quality!

Durable materials, great fit. I'm new to Keystone panels, but these Cable Matters connectors seem like the right solution for a demanding commercial deployment. They are bulkier than the alternative product I tried but offer a better fit. Inside I see a small circuit board that looks like a tiny backplate which I assume represents a cross connection. The photos show a size comparison with an alternative product. For the same price, this is excellent value for money.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Something different

Excellent quality, good for computer accessories and peripherals

I've bought about 14 of these Cat6 clutch kits (at the time of this review) and use them around the house. I have installed several Tripp-lite shielded panels with 24 keystone ports and all ethernet connections in my house. I use them on both ends as I prefer Cable Matters Cat6a pre-terminated Ethernet cables to connect to my house. I'm not sure of the number but I think I have at least 20 falls. Pros: - Great build quality - Never had an issue with the signal - Stainless steel body (or never…

Pros
  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Shielded is the ONLY way to roll!

The tolerances for this connector are very tight. You have to be careful when connecting the cables as the plug seems to be too big for the hole. However, for a shielded connector, this is what I want for good ground/shield continuity. I'm installing a 600MHz Cat6 home network with shielded cable and I use these connectors on my keystone boards due to the price per connector and the significant lack of shielded Cat 6 keystone connectors on the market. You have to connect the cables to shielded…
