Very good but a bit fragile/difficult to use

Overall very good connectors but not very strong! I broke two of my original six packs. The problem is that there is very little room where the wires end in the plug, so even 1mm of excess wire (which you'll likely have if you cut the wires after installation) won't allow the cap to close easily. So it usually takes some pressure to close the connector and mine broke in two places: 1) the loop and 2) the threads surrounding the cable where I pushed with the tool. I order more because I likeโ€ฆ

Faster/Easier CAT8 termination compared to original terminals. A bit bulky for patch panels

I'm doing this review mainly after seeing some other feedback from people who don't know what they're doing lol. Saying that he is difficult to work with and takes too long etc lol. They're a lot faster and easier than the original old-school connectors, and the industry will probably tell you the same thing. Old plugs I always had trouble holding on to one end to fit the plug and it took me about 10 minutes and if you messed up you had to cut the end off completely and recreate it with a newโ€ฆ

Easy and secure installation on Cat 7a cable

I installed them on Cat 7a cable. The cable I'm using has 0.60mm diameter conductors between 22 AWG and 23 AWG. I've used them to make 2.5Gbps/POE+ connections to wireless access points, connect HDbaseT to TVs, and make jumper cables connecting devices to a patch panel in an AV+ network rack. These connectors are very convenient to use. They come with a piece of copper tape to wrap around the ground (I was taught to use copper tape with shielded cable, but these are the first connectors I'veโ€ฆ
