I bought a 75ft HDMI cable to pass the signal from one of my security cameras to a remote monitor. My monitor uses a Type-C mini HDMI input and my cable was standard. This adapter solved this problem flawlessly. It looks well made and I like the options that allow it to be mounted at different angles. The picture quality is excellent. Highly recommended.

On the first pair I was able to connect to the TV from my laptop with good quality, unfortunately after a couple of times the HDMI connector started to loosen causing it to keep disconnecting. To reconnect, you must disconnect and reconnect. And no, it wasn't due to the graphics card driver or the size of the TV, which might have a different resolution than the laptop screen.

I expected the converter to be shorter than it is. The extra length got in the way of how I wanted to use the adapter. I love these short left angle HDMI to mini HDMI adapters. I buy four at a time when it's my busy dance season. I prefer a good quality long HDMI and connect it to my Nikon D750 with this adapter. It doesn't stretch, but I've added a strap to it for extra security. I have backups in case something happens and if you can't just stop on set and tell a group of moms they can't see photos of little Susie.
