Works on one device, not another. The connection is not tight. If you move the cable a little, it loses connection. Had to add this to my previous comment. Although the cables didn't work for me, these guys have great customer service. Offer a new cable or a refund without asking me. Thanks to CableCreation.

Bought for my wife who likes the ethernet port on her laptop to the side and takes up the space she uses for her mouse. Allows the Ethernet cable to run parallel to the side of the laptop without getting in the way. She bets 5+. That pleases me too. Make sure you order the correct cable that matches the direction you want to orient the Ethernet cable.

This cable solved my wife's laptop gasket problem, but the angled connector is almost impossible to remove. The tab is in a plastic cover and something small like a handle is required to release the latch as the plastic cover is too thick and won't flex when pressed.

The Ethernet cable received does not match the product shown on the Revain website. The problem is that the latch is completely covered by a very hard plastic cover that doesn't flex when pressed. You will need a knife to press the tab. See attached pictures. Also, the 90 degree connector protrudes more than 3/4 inch from the wall.

I wanted to use it with my Surface Pro 3's edge-mounted dock. I like the rectangular connector, but unlike most ethernet patch cords, they do NOT snap into the connector and then fall out, breaking the connection between the computer and the server. This network cable works fine when plugged in, the problem for me is unplugging it. I use it to connect and disconnect my HP laptop to my home network. The right-angle connector sometimes gets stuck and has to wiggle at the end of the laptop to disconnect. I connected several network cables to and from the laptop and none had this problem except this one.
