I chose this product because the picture shows a pin configuration that suits my equipment, namely (above: round, square, square, round. below: square round round square) What I received was a completely different configuration than pictured and does not match my hardware. Perhaps I should have done more research on the exact specs, but the company must have accurate images of their products or refrain from inaccurate photos. wasted my time and money

This connector heats the Molex connectors and causes the socket pins on the PSU to disconnect causing the GPU to shut down.

As stated in the previous review, the picture is NOT the PCIe slot that was sent to you. The orientation I need was the same as the picture (top left to right: round square square round bottom: square round round square) and they sent me top: 2 round 2 square bottom: 1 square 3 round. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to waste my time on this product.

The only problem is that you have to remove a small plastic "jumper" between the two connectors which otherwise prevents the use of the connector on PCI 6 pin female connectors would prevent. Razor and 10 seconds and you're done.

Graphics card upgrade? Make sure you have an electrical connection for this. There was no 8-port power connector, but there were several such connectors for conversion. Thanks to this adapter power cable, your computer will run smoothly with a new graphics card.

Some complain that the pins in the picture do not match the actual product. But if your GPU requires an 8-pin cable, then this is the cable. The picture shows the EPS12V connector, just ignore it, the actual item you will receive is a standard 8-pin GPU connector. I connect it to my Nvidia Geforce 1070 with no problems. To give you a real picture of a standard GPU socket, if you look at the level pin from above, the top row is round, round, square, square, the bottom row is square, round…
