    Ease of installation. for TV antennas

    Does exactly what I needed - mounts a lightweight bracket on the roof for a long wire ham radio antenna. I ended up getting two more.

    It's really strong and heavy.

    I like the antenna mount. It's REALLY strong and durable, but I didn't like how they said it was a 1" diameter rod. It is not 1 inch in diameter. Its diameter is 0.75 inch (3/4 inch).

    Very strong antennas

    Easy to assemble. Installation went smoothly. I had to add two extra lag screws as I didn't feel the two provided would be enough. Four holes in the mounting plate with two screws so I added two more. I feel safe now.

    Ideal for attic installations.

    Best size for loft installation. Too many harsh winters have taught me that the best place for an antenna is in the attic and this J-Pole kit is not only easy to install but durable too. With my antenna fixed and working well, I can cut the cable and enjoy free TV without worrying about it being blown out or freezing.

    Minor issues but overall good construction

    mounting plate is quite versatile. The bar is quite narrow (I should have paid more attention to that). I probably needed a thicker bar for my application. I am deducting two stars because the stem wobbles/plays when fully tightened. It would also be helpful if 4 screws were included for assembly. They included a few flared (Molly?) screws that I didn't need.

    The metal itself doesn't seem particularly thick or strong, but it still worked great for me: it's for indoor installation in my attic. In this environment I'm not afraid of rain or wind damage, so all I need is something (almost anything) to mount the antenna. That being said, this mount would probably still work well if it weren't exposed to extreme weather conditions.     Great for installing WiFi bridge antennas

    Store-bought two-pin antenna mounts for installing WiFi bridge antennas. The poles worked great. Supplied with wood screws and wedge anchors for cement or brick. The Wi-Fi antennas are very light, measuring 8-1/2 x 11 x 2 inches. The rod diameter is 1 inch. No problem to support WiFi antennas.
