UPDATE: I am happy to report that the company has earned 5 stars from me. They not only sent me new glasses but told me not to bother returning the glasses I had which made it completely hassle free! The new glasses and case were clearly new, they increased durability to 2.0 and I originally ordered purple (it looked more like lavender or pink) and the new pair is dark purple.
