First everything on contacts showed around 5.7-5.9%, then mostly 0% and sometimes around 5.4-5.9%. then it's almost always done 0% with pins. Next I tried the seal on the same wood and it generally showed 7.4-7.9%. This is my first moisture meter so I have no comparison but am very happy with it. I use it to test my firewood to see if it's ready to burn. Seems to be very well built.
