This product is terrible. When I first tried it, there was so much noise that you couldn't hear the audio cassette. I tried several other tapes and encountered the same problem. It's also made from the cheapest materials. I can't even return it due to COVID-19. Don't buy this, you will regret it

I bought this for my wife's preschool class. I bought Califone because I knew the name from its use in schools, so I figured it would be strong. Only my wife used the machine but it broke after about 6 weeks. The mechanics worked, but the electronics died, so there was no sound. Need to buy a replacement so my wife can use her collection of children's tapes in her class.

I was shocked and disappointed! The sound was a kick. It's so light it slides off the table every time I press the buttons! Playback is slow! Rewind and fast forward was slow! I never expect price to mean lack of quality! I would recommend this product to children who are just learning how to use a voice recorder. More of a toy than a serious electric car for an adult! Really disappointed! For the first time I can order from Revain!
