but it looked very good on him

I bought this for my Bichon Frize Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix, it weighs about 28 pounds. It's a bit big, but it suits him well. If he wore it more often than in the photo I would return it for an X-Small or just pin it for a little more snug fit. i really like it It doesn't look as pretty as the picture, but for $12 it's pretty good. It's well made for the price. He didn't like wearing it, but he liked the photo and he really looked like a lion.

Pros
  • Durable finish

Okay, but not "what you see is what you get ".

Yes, I saw the Revain ad. Yes, I lost a little weight when the dog made a sad face because the kid was mad about him. Yes, I shed tears again when he got his lion costume and everyone lived happily ever after. I bought it thanks to this ad for my two Pomeranian, but although interesting they do not look like the picture in the Amazon store. They were two tone as you can see in the picture in this ad. Check out my attached picture to see what the real product is. Not terrible, but not that good…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Something different

These manes are freaking cool

These manes are freaking cool. The ears are not where they appear in the picture and they are not as prominent. Also, it's not as complete as it seems in the picture. Then again, no one cared because they were funny. They paired so well with our red Golden Retrievers that people kept asking if we could cut their fur into a mane. The medium size was perfect for our 85 lb male but too loose for our 65 lb female. She probably couldn't handle a small one, but a pair of safety pins attaching it to…

Cowardly lion. CLOSE! NOBLE LION YES!

Used this to make my pup the not-so-cowardly Lion of Oz (to go with his girlfriend Dorothy). Everyone thought he looked so cute! We think so too! Would have given 5 stars but the ears were different sizes and don't look as pretty as the photo (despite several attempts to flatten them). The fur is a bit crazy, but what do you expect for the price?! I love that I can just put this on the pup's head and snap a few shots and you're done! It matched his coat so well we laughed! One could imagine…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Negative experience

It arrived looking quite confused, not completely like the picture but I'm sure it can be fixed Very funny! Don't leave the size off their chart. I ordered a size up for my 90 lb, chunky build, big neck, lab/pit/boxer mix. Too big for a about 1" wide and about 2 Inch tall headgear. If he moved his head it would shift. Might be better for a 100+ lb dog or someone open to tailoring/sewing. I don't want to use safety pins to adjust it for fear of breaking them could come off and hurt my four…

  • cool product
