The packaging was well packed. No leaks or broken items. I'm disappointed that only five colors glow in black light. Purple and blue do NOT light up. I really want them to do it! Invisible ink is the best part. it would be 5 runs if all the colors were glowing. I've never used ink so I can't tell if it's thick or thin. but it is slightly thicker than water. and the black light needs 3 batteries, maybe only two🙄🙄.

I have used other glass pens and this is a great glass pen with a very fine point. The pen is beautifully contoured and fits perfectly in the hand and while writing. The ink that comes with this set is great and usually comes in bright fluorescent colors. Invisible ink works well, but the pen tip needs to be absolutely clean or the invisible ink will pull out the last of the ink and not really be invisible on the page. The UV flashlight works well. I found glass pens on a dollar tree and was obsessed with writing with them! I found this kit online and it has "invisible" or black ink! I love it.
