I am very satisfied with the Calpholon Everyday non-stick coating. They keep the right temperature, cook food thoroughly and evenly, don't stick and are easy to clean. He works day in, day out with sophisticated cuisine.

I regret buying this product after a few weeks of use. Don't be fooled by the name Kafalon. The soft handles on these pans "pop out" when the pans get hot as this can be very dangerous, especially if you are transferring the pan from one burner to another. In addition, you need to cook the food over low heat, otherwise it will stick. I definitely do not recommend it.

After only 16 months I had to replace this cookware set because all the non-stick coating on the bottom of the pans seemed like an unwanted addition to the family meal. I will no longer make the mistake of paying a lot of money for an overpriced, poor quality dinnerware set. I did my homework this time and will not take my choice to second guess as I paid more than the quality would in any way reflect. I will never buy a nonstick coating again. For me it will be stainless steel, not calfalon.

Pots and pans are more of a personal decision. but i found them to work great. I've been using them for a few months now and they still look brand new. I have a gas stove and you can't see any burn marks etc. The non-stick coating works perfectly - easy to clean at any time. Love the added bonus of the grips on the handles as you can hold them and feel almost no heat while on the stove. The heat distribution appears to be normal.
