Absolutely fabulous for a large family for Christmas. Hotel pan racks only, no large cookie trays, so you will need shallow hotel pans to stack food in this unit. Keep it in the kitchen and put food in it to keep warm before dinner is served. Trick: Put a clean, foil-wrapped brick in the oven, then when it's hot, take it out, wrap it in a damp cloth, place it on the bottom of the oven, and it'll keep food hot for hours !

The price is a bit high, but the performance is great. I am a new caterer and renting a space in the kitchen of a caterer who is about to retire and has traditional food transport models. I find them bulky and very heavy on their own, much more so when loaded with food. Wanting a simpler (business) model, I went with them and got great results.
