Love that so many things can be stored in it. I like the wide opening. The only complaint I have is that they used masking tape when shipping and I couldn't remove it from the plastic. So when you order them, tell them not to tie them together.

This is a find for storing food but not for rising bread dough. The hole is narrower than the Rubbermaid version and the ridge prevents the dough from being removed. The rest of the product is solid and the top is holding securely.

. When I finally took them off the product looked well used, now scratched and cloudy from trying to remove the stickers. Just don't order from "LC Avocado".

They do not contain BPA. Mine also came without a lid. I had to send them back. The seller processed the return and refund in a reasonable time but didn't pay for the return shipping but after a few chats with Revain they refunded my $14 that I needed for the return. Buyer warning!

Two containers were sealed with a transparent packing tape for boxes. How painful! It took me 45 minutes to peel the tape off the plastic containers. I almost gave them back. I used Goo Gone and then alcohol on a cotton swab which ended up working. A piece of twine or rope would do the job of holding two bins together in a mailbox.

I finally healed myself and I'm glad I did. This is a very high quality plastic, transparent like a bell and easy to clean. It does not discolor or retain odors like cheaper plastics. I'm sure this would be great for storing dry salads, cut veggies etc but the lid doesn't even come close to making a watertight seal. If you're planning on using this for something like soup, stew, coleslaw, pickle/pickle, or even salad dressing, you might have a lot of cleanup to do.
