Seriously, this thing is as simple as it sounds. Easy to use and does the job when dooty calls (laughs). It smells quite strongly of rubber when you receive it, but I guess that's to be expected.

There is a need for this type of device in Florida. The problem is that about 80% of the time it's a bit thicker than is actually needed. It turns out that the brim/elbow shape is acceptable here too, so you don't have to if you have one.

Some motorhome fleets require these and will be happy to sell you one at check-in if you don't have your own! This is one of those items that every RV should have on hand. The Camco version is holding up well and doesn't seem to be affected as much by the hot summer sun.

This thing works as intended. You don't realize how important this device is until you have it. It's very simple to design and use, but it's a lifeline. I would recommend this to anyone who has a trailer, RV, RV, almost anyone with a black tank that needs to be dropped.

Not impressed. It does fit my 90 degree sewer fitting, but not an open pipe. The rubber is too hard to compress so the smell still comes out. I cleaned it up, threw it in a van dustbin and may use it in the future, but for now I'll be using plastid trash around the sewer connection again.

I bought this because Florida requires a donut for all RV drain lines. I hadn't driven our new RV for the first time, so I didn't realize my sewer hose fitting had a universal adapter, so I never used that donut. For this you need a waste water hose with only one bend. It didn't cost much so I left it. I'm thinking of adapting it to fill the gap between my sewer hose and the inlet in the drain to keep rodents out.
