I finally got the chance to use these as most of our campsites are paddocks. The product worked as it should. My husband made a small adjustment to create a little more water pressure in our setup. We love that you have the ability to do this with this particular controller if needed. Item arrived slightly damaged due to the reader telling you your psi was wobbly. I didn't realize it until we finally got to use it. But it still did what it was designed to do.

Two problems.1. Flow out of the plastic fitting at the junction with the brass body. No water flowed out, but enough to form a sizeable puddle after 24 hours. The threaded connector it attaches to on the RV isn't "deep" enough which means I can't get a really solid connection between the RV's hose bib and the regulator. Yes, I could add another hose washer and will do so as a short term fix until a new (non-Camco) regulator arrives, but it's still a design flaw.

After about a year of continuous use, the threads on the black plastic cap began to leak. I fiddled with it a bit to reseal it, but the plastic part has very thin threads so you can't tighten it any further. I was able to bolt it on using a 1 1/2 ABS threaded barrel with the top cap glued on and a screw screwed into the top to adjust the pressure. I bought this to regulate the pressure in my RV. I went almost a year without her. Colleagues have told me that this is both necessary to avoid damage to the pipes from too much pressure and to increase the pressure as needed to get better shower pressure.
