Convenient Camco 43710 Shower Head with On/Off Switch (Chrome): Enhancing Your Shower Experience Review

Don't buy this junk. It fell apart when I attached it to the shower hose. The inner fitting simply clicks into place and with a small torque it pops out. It is held in place by two pins with only slight pressure. Extremely flimsy construction and if you can't even attach it to a hose I don't think it will last long. See attached photos.

Bought in October 2019 and it's been great while it lasted but it's been falling at the seams over the past few weeks. The water started leaking out of the head at the edges instead of through the holes and it got worse to the point where the camp shower looks really good at this point. The on/off switch was always difficult to use. Especially for older people with arthritis.

My original shower head in my RV broke so I bought this one. It works fine, but it leaked too much water compared to the operating pressure it was generating, causing me to run out of hot water too quickly. I am sure that as people who camp a lot, you can learn how to take a long hot shower. When I used this shower head I ran out of hot water after about 6 minutes no matter what I did. I bought this three years ago for a shower in a cubicle and for hands to be held in a bath. When my rather expensive Waterpik shower head broke down at home, I just replaced it with one of these. It's not RV specific. It's just small and light and has far fewer "settings" than Waterpik. I have never used exotic settings. i'm just taking a shower This is enough to rinse my very long hair. EDIT: We live in our RV full time. After a few weeks of use, water started dripping from under the faceplate, reducing pressure and water flow. I thought it was defective so I ordered a replacement.
