They have a very durable sock for protection which I like. It also makes her more beautiful. Even with the toe closed, they are open enough that my feet don't sweat even in the 100+ heat we had. I bought these for my husband and he said they were so comfortable I bought him another pair in a different color. A month later, the Velcro on the back strap came loose.

These shoes are fantastic. I bought them to carry on kayaks but haven't been able to walk yet. I put them on the same day I broke them to see if they fit and didn't want to take them off. They are sooo comfortable. I didn't have to break them, they were soft and pliable to begin with. I usually wear a size 8 to 8 1/2, I bought this 8 1/2 and they are a bit big. I really like the look of these sandals and so far they seem to hold up. I also have a pair of Keenes that I bought as spares. They are very similar in almost every aspect except for the outsole. The Keene has a much stiffer sole, but the sole on it is quite stiff. They are damn comfortable and can easily be worn without socks. They are considerably cheaper than Keene but not much inferior in quality. I find them a bargain and honestly I would buy them again. Time will tell if they hold up or…

These sandals look very nice. Happy with the speed of delivery. But I will return them. They are not comfortable like I had hoped. The back strap rubs my ankles uncomfortably and rubs them until I almost blistered. They don't have that thick padding on the bottom. I tried them mainly for their looks and price. Worth saving if I've only walked short distances. But I love to always wear sandals when the weather is nice and to take long walks with the dogs.
