Maybe I came across such a model, but the focusing system is not working at all. "Shoots" where he wants. If errors are rare in the range of 18-55 / 3.5-5.6, then with fast and long-focus optics they are simply terrible. When trying to focus on the same object several times, it focuses differently each time. There are also small errors in the exposure. Before that, I used 400D, but he had the same situation. I thought it was in a particular instance and decided to change how the case turned…

Pros
  • Easy; user-friendly interface; low noise level; low price.
Cons
  • Glitches in the program; inadequate focus; underestimated dynamic range of the matrix when shooting in JPEG.

Not my best purchase, you could have found something else.

I bought a double kit in Spain (75-300 f4-5,6 & 18-55 kit) In general, I was satisfied as a transitional device from a superzoom soap box (Olympus SP-600UZ) to a semi-professional camera (Pentax K10D). If I were Canon, I would play more for the consumer than for marketing and bring down the price to 6000. And let it go into series. They would have taken a very good position, pushing back many soapboxes. It's interesting, but gets boring quickly. Sometimes features are missing.

Pros
  • -Price -An easy interface for both firmware and keys. -Matrix. Not too noisy. But, of course, there will be no crop of frames, after all, 10mp.
Cons
  • - Often misses focus. - No, no moisture, no dust protection. -Small range of settings. -Terrible plastic from which the case is made. Ergonomics, for me personally, no. Buttons made of smooth, misplaced plastic. The handle is poorly rubberized. The functional scroll wheel is located vertically (inconvenient, in my opinion). The grip is generally bad.
