Fantastic Quality with Easy Installation

This ceiling fan is a great choice for any home and kitchen. Through trial and error, I found that the Canarm Augusta ORB 2 Light Ceiling is easy to install, and the quality is exceptional. The fan has a sleek design and looks fantastic in my living room. The two lights provide adequate lighting to the room. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other models, but the quality is worth it.

Moderate air movement and chainless shifter string

Moderate air movement in our small farmhouse kitchen. Also, the tension chain is actually a cord, not metal. So if it tears, who knows what we'll do. We connected a light to a wall switch, but the cord changes the speed of the air. Nice fan, but if you need airflow I wouldn't recommend it

Serves its purpose but will not buy again.

We have a solarium equipped with two 15-20 year old fans and when they died we had to find a replacement for two. This is a very attractive fan and looked like a good option. As it turns out, ceiling fans aren't the place to save. Even at $150 per fan (which I think we paid for each fan), we still think this is a low to mid-range fan. Most of the cost of a fan comes from the motor, and that motor is no match for the fan motor we replaced. (But we didn't realize that until after we installed the
