Works and looks good

I installed a lamp at the base of the stairs leading to the Man Cave, works great. Very hard mode and good value for money. Assembling my tools took longer than installing.

Great porch light: porch and patio lights

REVIEW AND TRUE HONEST REVIEW I bought this light because I needed a nice black little light for my tiny porch. I love the black and navy look of this lantern! Pros: good quality, large size and easy installation. There are no downsides.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Poor design for outdoor lighting

Overall it's well done but the designer didn't nail it where the gasket fits. I see where other reviewers have had the same issue. In my case it's under the porch and won't be exposed to rain so it will be fine without the padding.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Security

Be careful when installing them!

The lamp looks clean and solid. I would put 5 but glass cracked in one of the lamps during installation. I think it's a design flaw because you can't tighten it until it's completely flush or it breaks.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Sealing issue: Near overhead lights

Matches my other indoor lights perfectly. The issue, as others have pointed out in their reviews, is the tricky padding. I couldn't reattach it to the glass ball and adjust it flush after it broke off. I have a feeling the outer "cage" is too small to put the seal back in without damaging anything.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Concise instructions

Good price but tedious installation

This is a decent looking flashlight and quite durable. But it's not interesting to install it. The lantern is held in place by a hollow barrel bolt which needs to be adjusted in length as it uses a flare nut instead of a regular nut meaning the length adjustment is very finicky. It seems unlikely that the length is not fixed for most installations, at least it should be pre-configured. But they don't use the hollow core of this bolt for the wires, so I don't get the point. I'm deducting a star…

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Negative impression

Be patient for ceiling lights

Good quality light fixture. You must be patient to put the rubber gasket on the glass and make sure it is installed properly. It has a large rim that should run along the inside/flat edge of the glass bowl. The smaller edge of the spacer should protrude beyond the glass to better fit the metal cage. First you need to put the gasket on the glass and then patiently put the glass in the metal cage by pushing the gasket along the edges to make it fit into the metal rim. Once the gasket is aligned…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

This is normal light for places that are not very humid.

This is a great looking wall light and easy to install, but I have a few warnings for people to heed. Firstly, if you take it out of the box, do it outside and wear gloves! It will be covered in fiberglass because of the insulation on the back, I'm talking millions of little pieces so be careful. Second: a rubber seal that outrages everyone. The best way to accomplish this is to use screws to tighten the cover from the top and bottom, not the side. So you need to evenly tighten the lid a little

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Volume
