but still produces fantastic images

Focuses VERY slowly with the lens adapter kit but produces fantastic images. The seller sent quickly and everything needed was included, the camera was in excellent condition.

Great for video, hate photos

I got this camera as my first real camera when I was studying film. I knew I was filming video and that it was becoming notorious for its poor autofocus, but I was shooting by hand so it didn't matter. It has been very good for me, previously I used a canon t3i and it was similar but at minimal cost. I liked the touchscreen, it allows me to quickly select the settings I use most often. I use one adapter for manual FD lenses and another for EF lenses. For video this works great to begin with…

Great camera! - Point & Shoot digital cameras

I've read previous reviews that complained about the focus speed, but Canon released a firmware update that cured the problem. Canon has lowered the price anyway, making it a real bargain. I use it with a 22mm lens, which is also fast, very sharp and inexpensive. One feature I really like is the touch screen and how you can use it to trigger the shutter. .
