🔌 Enhanced Canon WL-D89 Wireless Controller for Improved Connectivity Review

Worked great on my HF-M30 - will try it on my G50 and might come back. But I don't guarantee that all functions work - but if I can zoom in and out - and there are some menu items that for some reason (not a screen defect) just don't work with the finger, but work from the remote control - a must!

I have a remote control for our church camera so the person with sound doesn't have to get up to manually set the distance. He will still have to get up because the remote control doesn't work over long distances. You must not be more than 30 cm away from the camera, otherwise the remote control will not work.

You may be wondering if this can work with your camera even if your camera is not listed. I have a Vixia HF M52 which is not listed, I risked it and it works great! This leads me to believe that this wireless controller will work with most if not all Vixia camcorders. I've read some reviews where this wasn't the case, but I suspect it could be due to a bad battery. Mine didn't work until I put in a new battery. So I recommend checking it out before calling it a failure! Also it would be helpful
