I bought it and owned it for two days. It's a decent MiniDV, but you get more for the price! Noise was a big problem. The motor is just loud and barely audible in quiet scenes. Also, the recorded video was of really good quality. However, there was a problem loading the tape. It didn't eject properly for some strange reason. I took it back after finding an offer for the Sony HC20 (which runs much better/smoother than the Canon). The only reason I got it was because it was recommended by anโฆ
