It is stronger than regular tracing paper, takes ink well and dries quickly. The paper is a bit wavy and a bit annoying to work with, but that's not noticeable in a narrow frame.

The parchment paper itself is spot on – color, weight, texture – but again, I wish Revain didn't package paper products in a way that didn't bend the corners. I would return it if I didn't need to use it in projects right away. This is not unfair to either the seller or the buyer!

One of my favorite parchments, archival, excellent transparency and extremely versatile. He made a hand-bound book with illustrations that could not be made from less transparent parchment. Can withstand light pen and ink or gouache applications with slight warping.

This is good quality paper but I thought 55lb parchment would be a lot less transparent. It's just too transparent for what I wanted. I wanted to use it with markers and I don't think it's ideal. I have the same brand of marker paper and it's good, but it's basically high quality tracing paper and not really suitable for technical pen drawings or marker drawings. Find a use for it.
