Very helpful visualization tool and fast response service

It's very easy for non technical users like myself, without having knowledge regarding HPC applications or supercomputers (like Cray) as well as with little experience using this type software, I was able use it successfully to visualize resources used by my job! Sometimes when you try several times before getting an answer from someone that knows how is working your computer/workstation properly; also sometimes some parts are still not "easy" to read but keep practicing until everything will…

  • The visualization of resources and performance for a given job is very easy and simple
Cons
  • It would be great to have an option to choose the type of memory to be used
